I want you to be the happiest you can be with your order, so if you have any questions, please get in contact with me and we can discuss.
I always do my best to wrap and post your orders as quickly as possible but please remember there's only one pair of hands here.
I aim to process your order within 1-5 working days but times may vary during busy seasons.
If there is ever an issue with your order we will always contact you ASAP.
If you need an item in a hurry please contact us before ordering.
Your items are always carefully wrapped and packaged in eco-friendly packaging, including tissue paper and biodegradable filling, and shipped via Royal Mail First Class delivery as standard.
The standard price for shipping is £2 per order.
I am happy to offer an upgrade on your shipping, including tracking, but please do contact me before placing your order to organise this.
I am happy to accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me as soon as you can after receiving your item to arrange the return or exchange.
Returns - if your order is faulty or you no longer wish to keep it, please send me a message to arrange getting the order back to me.
I will not give refunds until I receive the order back.
Exchanges - please send me an email to arrange an exchange of item.
I will send out your new item once I receive your returned item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Where possible I will always try to find a resolution that both myself and you are happy with. In the case of a refund, I will need the order returned to me (where applicable), before I can process the refund.
